If your
product is found to be either damaged or "dead on arrival" (DOA), please email
us at returns@originalpartsgroup.com.au
for a Return Authorization number (RA#) within 7 days from the date you receive
the product.
You
have 14 calendar days to return for exchange an item from the date you
received it.
To
be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition
that you received it.
Your
item must be in the original packaging and include any supplied hardware
components.
The item must not be used.
Your
item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
NB:
ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RE-STOCKING FEE BASED ON YOUR ORIGINAL
PURCHASE AMOUNT.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are not
refundable.
